1. Marinate the chicken with vinegar and salt.
2. Roast the jeera garam masala and pepper. Then grind this along with ginger,garlic, green chillies, pudina and coriander leaves. Then add this ground masala to the marinated chicken and leave it for 1 hour.
3. Then in a frying pan put some oil when it gets heated put the chicken legs and fry.
4. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
